if you've heard - there was a big case about that, and one famous russian writer supposes it should be prohibited - to adopt russian children to other countries. Do you think he's right?

Adoption of children is good if only they are taken for a good living by giving them proper education, clothing, food and shelter, not to take them and make them slaves.
