Other than exports of energy, does Russia run a trade surplus or a deficit ? Does it manufacture its own computers, semiconductors, software ?

Russia now runs a large trade surplus owing to its oil, natural gas and other raw materials exports and as a result has amassed the largest foreign currency reserves on a per capita basis of any country in the world, including China.
Russia exports programmers from its top notch math and science universities, and imports software, computers and semiconductors as well
