US and Russian satellites collide in space, A privately owned US communications satellite collided with a defunct Russian military satellite in the first such mishap in space. Is it a Planned attack or just a normal accident?

Official version of russian side is this russian sattelite was very old and uncontrolled... But who know! Maybe they have a lot of "uncontrolled" satellites to make sabotage :)

Cosmos-2251 (22675, 1993-036A), the satellite that collided with Iridium 33 (24946, 1997-051C) at 16:56 UTC on February 10, was a Strela-2M communication satellite, launched on June 16, 1993. According to the Space Forces, the satellite stopped operations in 1995. That is what the original statement by the officials Is there any way to clean up the spaces dust and balances.

It would be an accident but I think that that might be a preplanned operation from any quarters to get things into trouble.
