I don't know about biggest, but one of the finest are (IMHO):
St. Basil cathedral, Cathedral of christ the savior and Elokhovskiy Cathedral (Pushkin vas christen in). Last two is one of the biggest in Moscow.
Church of the Savior on Blood, Peter and Paul Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, Smolny Cathedral and Saint Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersburg.

The biggest are in S peterbburg but i cant say that they are Russian. they are westernlike. The bigest russian church is in kremlin. because it was banned to build higher than it.
